Shipping & Returns



All items that are in stock in our Encinitas store typically ship within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us.


Local pickup can be selected during checkout if your ZIP code is within 50 miles of our Encinitas store and the items you have selected are available at the store. If you’d like to arrange local pickup otherwise, please contact us.


Please contact us for lead times on furniture. Most in-stock orders ship within 5-7 days of order.



Unless noted, all returns are for store credit only and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping and postage.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please enclose a copy of your order with all returns. Store credit will be issued via gift card that can be redeemed online and in our Encinitas store.

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.


No returns on items that are vintage or one-of-a-kind, items that have been marked for “final sale”, jewelry, panties and lingerie. No returns on items dropshipped from Noir, Magnolia Home pillows and throws, Loloi pillows and throws.

Magnolia Home rugs may be returned for store credit within 30 days and will incur a $20 restocking fee. Defective rugs will be replaced and must be returned within 7 days. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  To obtain an RMA number, please contact us to start your return process. After submitting your return request, we will email an RMA number and instructions for returning the item. The RMA number is valid for 15 days. Returns of dropshipped items are not accepted at our Encinitas store. Please note that items shipped back to us will not be accepted and will be returned to you.


All items must be inspected at the time of delivery and any damaged items must be rejected to be returned by the shipper. In the event that an item is damaged in shipment, a full refund will be issued to you or you may request a replacement if the item is still available.
